Love the drone… customer service severely lacking. I ordered and paid for 2 drones my second time around (thats how much I liked the first one). However, only one was sent. I reached out to the company via their “customer service” email THREE TIMES, but it’s been crickets. What started as the drone I was going to share with new enthusiasts has turned into the dread of being ignored by another online retailer.

Overall, it's an ok product except for the fact that it's very loud and is disturbing to have in a room because it drowns out any other noise and makes it awkward to use because of the loudness.
The other thing I don't like is the fact that the life of the drone is only 6 minutes and it takes some time to get it set up and aligned for what you want to do so by the time you are ready to use the drone, the battery dies out.
Maybe it's a case of not being comfortable enough with it due to limited use, but I don't use it often because it's so damn loud.
I'd say that you should work on the loudness of the propellors and improve the battery life. I don't think it's a great value for the money I paid, but I'm kind of stuck with it; however, I will be a little more careful when I'm shopping in the future to pay attention to the battery life claims that are made for this and other similar products.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a selfie drone at this point.

Really fun little toy. Pictures aren't great and the time it takes and reliability of getting a decent photo are negatives, but it's still a lot of fun. As long as they can continue to improve the product while keeping the cost down, they got a winner here!

I bought the Airselfie as a gift for my son’s boyfriend’s birthday. I don’t think he puts it down unless it needs charging! They both love it, and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun way to share their experiences with friends and family.

Fun toy but no more than that. Pictures and video are terrible quality and the drone rarely returns to the user as advertised. Mostly you are left chasing it around the yard as it gets confuse. Would be a better prospect at half the price. It certainly isn't worth the asking price. It can also be had for much cheaper on a major online retailer.

These guys are frauds, I contributed to their fundraising 4 years ago on indeigogo and despite email after email, they have never sent me the products they owe me.
They constantly lie, that they have no stock to send, or tell me that delivery is imminent, but it never happens.

The drone fly as illustrated but unless you have your phone on and controlling the drone it would not take pictures or it will look like it did and when you check the memory card is empty. The advertise that after initial set up you can pull your drone from your pocket, and it will auto fly and take the pictures, but it doesn't. It will do is flying routine, all lights like it took the picture but it won't unless you open your phone and fly it from your phone on. And the return policy said is have to be an unopen box. already try contact customer service, the said is problem with the drone not recording to the memory card, ask me for my order number and shipping address give it to them never heard from them again.

The drone does not automatically upload the photos to the phone. They app says it should, but it doesn't. I don't even know if the thing even takes photos since I haven't checked the sd card yet. It might not even work at all. The live video stream shows that it's a really bad quality camera too. Not worth the money to be honest.

In 2020 I purchased the original AirSelfie Pix that had some annoying "bugs" but it was fun and took decent photos and videos. If the Neo has resolved those initial problems it should be amazing. It’s a visionary concept and I can't wait to get mine.

This is the perfect drone for all ages. I found this pocket drone simple to set up with clear instructions out of the box. This drone comes with enough charge for your mobile device to connect with and perform an initial test flight. I have tested this device out and was pleasantly surprised at how far this technology has progressed in the last several years. Flies out from your hand and takes either a photo or video of you. Found the drone to be quiet, lightweight, and the storage bag that it came with is high quality. Highly recommend this drone to any novice, intermediate or expert drone user!!

A drone for all ages, AirSelfie’s AIR NEO Selfie Pocket Drone is a great beginner’s drone for those curious about taking their talents to the skies. As a first-time flyer, I found this pocket drone simple to set up with clear-cut instructions in the box. Right out of the box, the drone comes with enough charge for your mobile device to connect with and perform an initial test flight. The connected application was also very intuitive, explaining the different features and functions of the Selfie Pocket Drone. One caveat I found was that the control layout presented in the AirSelfie application was simple to use, particularly as a person with previous experience with joystick controls. However, if you have never used an arcade or home console gaming system, the control layout may take some getting used too. The artificial intelligence and auto-tracking technology made camera self-portraits and taking videos a piece of cake! With 16GB of onboard space stored in the already inserted SD card, capturing videos lasted well within flight time. Due to the ultra-compact structure of the drone, flying it in the elements proved difficult; however, that would be expected with a drone of its size. Overall learning the ins and out of AirSelfie’s AIR NEO Selfie Pocket Drone was a blast for my creative mind, and I am excited to see how AirSelfie improves on their products in the future.

I have tested this device out and was pleasantly surprised at how far this technology has progressed. I was successfully able to start the drone with ease as it is very intuitive. It flies out from your hand and takes either a photo or video of you. The picture I attached I took in my room. I found it to be quiet, lightweight, and the storage bag that it came with is high quality as to protect the drone. The drone could have more battery storage, however, for something this small it is to be expected. All around an above satisfactory product from my viewpoint. I cannot wait to get some shots hiking with it.

When I first ordered the Air NEO I was hesitant, due to my not being very tech-savvy. However, after a seamless shipping/ordering process, I was pretty surprised at how easy it was to take pictures. It is great for hikes and camping trips, you can really get some incredible photos without having to use your phone. If you are into photos and impressing your friends with gadgets, this is for you!

It’s decent for the price. I bought this while I wait for snapchats drone since they are very similar. Here’s my issue: I flew it up about 15-20ft (not too high), full battery, when I clicked the down arrow for it to come back down, it shut down and came crashing down, cracking the frame. It still flies but has issue with stabilizing. Oh well. Would be nice if I could find more info on things like max height you can fly it, how fast it can follow you at, etc.
